We offer free delivery within our logistic coverage Zone mentioned above for purchases over $50, and with the same delivery address.  Additional shipping rates, options and time estimated for delivery shall be indicated when users pay depending on location and the service a user chooses.

When a piece or accessory described in the package is missing, a customer may contact us to request at no cost the replacement of that item within 30 days after a purchase.

 

Regardless of the conditions, exclusions and rights listed in our guarantee policy, Steak and Beer agrees to replace at no cost any piece or accessory that is defective in the package, as long as it is reported online...  within a 1-year term after the purchase.

 

Voluntary returns as a result of satisfaction, Steak and Beer accepts voluntary returns of a product that did not fulfill a customer’s expectations, as long as the item is in the same conditions in which it was received and for a replacement rate of 20% of the total package price.
